If we combine the Apulian almond and the most typical product of our territory, the tarallo, we would create an almond tarallo rich in flavor and softness. The excellence of extra virgin olive oil and 100% Apulian wheat also makes them ideal for breakfast with green tea or as an accompaniment to liqueur and sweet wines
