The making of Panettone is an authentic and handcrafted preparation, starting from the dough and its natural leavening, lasting for more than 48 hours. The glaze we use for our Panettone is made of Piedmont hazelnuts and sugar, enriched by Italian almonds from Avola.
Available in two formats: 400 g and 800 g The 800 g will be confectioned in an elegantly decorated tin box Available in four variations: – gluten free traditional with candied agrumes and almonds – gluten free and lactose free traditional with candied agrumes and almonds – gluten free traditional with chocolate chips – gluten free Gourmet – Whole grain with Cherries
Created as a Christmas dessert, it’s amazing throughout the year as an after meal treat with a glass of Moscato or Prosecco.

Gluten Free Panettone externally covered by hazelnuts glaze, almonds and sugar grains. Internally, with an amber-yellow color characterized by small air pockets. From an organoleptic standpoint, it’s possible to perceive vanilla and citrus aroma

Ingredients:
Gluten Free mi (corn starch, sugar, emulsifier: E471, vegetable fibers (Psyllium), thickener: guar, salt, preservative: ascorbic acid, enzymes), sugar, eggs, butter, mi ed candied citrus fruit 10% (rind orange, lemon peel, citron peel, glucosesyrup-fructose, sugar), whole milk powder, brewer’s yeast, 2% almonds, hazelnuts, anthan, rice flour, corn flour, flavorings.

Assedium Ritual Pastry

Assedium is born in Cuneo, a small Piedmont town nestled among Western Alps, with the mission of revealing the authentic Piedmont mastery for pastry and chocolate through a modern language.

In Assedium production laboratories, which can claim a long history in high pastry, pralines and chocolate bars, with amaretti and cakes are produced everyday to delight Italian and European consumers. Among its main proposals, it is possible to find the ”cuneese al rum”, a true specialty which must be handcrafted to preserve its authentic recipe with two layers of meringue, a soft rum and chocolate cream, covered by crispy extra dark chocolate. Hazelnut pralines, soft nougat made with more than 50% of roasted aromatic hazelnuts, the gianduja chocolate bars or the gluten free pastry to satisfy the most demanding customers. All these gourmet gems are then packaged in elegant and modern coffrets to preserve their aromas and to surprise the sight even before the palate.
