The crispness of our shortbread meets our dried tomatoes and a strong spice such as oregano, making it a unique and perfect product for a relaxing aperitif. During lunch or dinner, it is ideal if accompanied with a good wine or a craft beer with an important flavor. All our shortbread biscuits are made with 100% Apulian materials.
