The rustic flavor of wholemeal flour and the sweetness of chocolate chips give life to our shortbread with an exceptional taste. Perfect when paired with English Breakfast tea or with a good aged brandy. All our shortbread biscuits are made with 100% Apulian materials.
Ingredients: Wholemeal soft WHEAT flour 46%, sugar, BUTTER, EGGS, chocolate chips (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, natural vanilla extract) 4.6%, raising agent (agent leavening agent E 450i. leavening agent E500ii, starch), vanillin flavor.
