The rusticity of corn and sunflower seeds make our shortbreads unique in their kind. Ideal if soaked in eggnog or hot chocolate, but also accompanied by a good hot tea or a liqueur wine. All our shortbread biscuits are made with 100% Apulian materials.

Ingredients: Soft WHEAT flour, mixture with corn and sunflower seeds 24% [soft WHEAT flour type 0, corn blend 24.5% (corn flour, extruded crushed corn), shelled sunflower seeds 7%, GLUTEN of soft WHEAT, salt, powdered olive oil (olive oil, glucose syrup, sodium caseinate (MILK), emulsifier: E472e (tartaric esters of mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), malted soft WHEAT flour, spices ( Turmeric), food enzymes (hemicellulase, glucosidase, alpha amylase), flour treatment agent: E300 (L-ascorbic acid)], sugar, BUTTER, EGGS, baking powder (raising agents E 450i, raising agent E500ii, starch), vanillin aroma
