Our coconut shortbread biscuits are crumbly at the right point: the special coconut flour together with the Apulian butter and the finest sugar gives life to this specialty. Cranberries enrich and define this product making it perfect with a good English tea or an excellent coffee. All our shortbread biscuits are made with 100% Apulian materials.
Ingredients: Soft WHEAT flour, sugar, BUTTER, EGGS, COCONUT flour 11%, dehydrated blueberries (sugar, cranberries, sunflower oil) 9%, raising agent (raising agent E 450i, raising agent E500ii, starch), flavor vanillin
