SWEET SHORTBREAD BUTTERS WITH COCOA AND ORANGE
Our shortbread biscuits, especially this one with cocoa and orange, can be tasted at any time of the day, not just for breakfast. The combination of the two main flavors makes them ideal when paired with a classic tea or an aged brandy, but also a vermouth which, with its spicy notes, goes well with citrus fruits. All our shortbread biscuits are made with 100% Apulian materials.

Ingredients: Soft WHEAT flour, BUTTER, sugar, chocolate drops (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, natural vanilla extract) 8%, EGGS, bitter cocoa 4%, candied orange 4% , orange flavor 1.2%, raising agent (raising agent E 450i, raising agent E500ii, starch)
