Our farm is comfortably located in the heart of Sicily, seven kilometres from Resuttano (Caltanissetta). Our passion for farming and Sicilian aromas lead us to farm medicinal plans and spices. We have been doing so since 1999 using only natural methods and following the strict regulations required by organic/bio certifications.
Respecting local traditions, we also innovated our manufacturing methods always focusing on eco-sustainability, in order to protect the fertility of our land. We allow the fields to rest every other year, our plants are dried naturally (without the use of energy-angry ovens), we use natural fertiliser provided by our cows, while our bees laboriously work to pollinate our plants.
We also invested in 30Kw/h solar panel station that supplies us with more energy than we need. We use 100% clean energy! We continuously work on making our products more eco-sustainable, we keep farming them to the strictest BIO standards, and we strive to bring a piece of tasty Sicily on your tables.
