DRIED TOMATOES AND CAPERS CREAM
The tomatoes are selected from the Apulian lands, dried in the sun and combined with our Apulian gold: extra virgin olive oil. The result is a soft cream to spread or to season any dish.
Ingredients: sun-dried tomatoes 64.5%, extra virgin olive oil, capers 14.3%, wine vinegar (contains sulphites), garlic, oregano, salt.
Directions for use: ideal for appetizers, bruschetta and croutons or to dress pasta and rice.
Product without preservatives
How to store: store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Keep refrigerated after opening and use within 7 days.
