CREAM OF BLACK OLIVES
For the creation of this cream Mastro Sapore uses only Celline and Leccine black olives, typical of our territory. The extra virgin olive oil used gives the olives a unique creaminess and an authentic flavor.
Ingredients: Cellina and Leccina 73% black olives, extra virgin olive oil, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt.
Directions for use: ideal for appetizers, bruschetta and croutons or to dress pasta and rice.
