The taste of Apulian artichokes meets the scent of walnut creating a tasty but at the same time delicate cream. Preserved only with extra virgin olive oil, it is ideal for seasoning pasta or spread on crispy bread.
Ingredients: artichokes 71%, extra virgin olive oil, parsley, NUTS 5%, lemon juice, WINE VINEGAR (contains sulphites), garlic, salt.
Directions for use: ideal for appetizers, bruschetta and croutons or to dress pasta and rice.
