Our aubergines are grown in the Apulian territory, they are harvested, checked and processed according to traditional methods only 72 hours away from harvesting. After processing, they are cooked on the grill and preserved in extra virgin olive oil. They have a strong, authentic and rustic flavor.
Ingredients: aubergines 63%, extra virgin olive oil 34%, garlic, chilli, oregano, mint, salt, wine vinegar.
Acidity regulator: citric acid

How to store: store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Keep refrigerated after opening and use within 7 days.
