HOMEMADE ARTICHOKES IN EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
Our artichokes, purely Apulian, keep their properties intact even after the processing process, carried out only 72 hours after harvesting. Even in the homemade version they are preserved in extra virgin olive oil, but they refer to an older and more intense flavor.
Ingredients: artichokes 63%, extra virgin olive oil 34%, garlic, chilli, oregano, salt, wine vinegar.
Acidity regulator: citric acid
Antioxidant: ascorbic acid

How to store: store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Keep refrigerated after opening and use within 7 days.
