Our artichokes, purely from Puglia, keep their properties intact even after the processing process that takes place within 72 hours of harvesting. Cooking on the grill gives them a touch of goodness and taste while the extra virgin olive oil softens the strong flavor of cooking.
Ingredients: artichokes 63%, extra virgin olive oil 34%, garlic, chilli, oregano, salt, wine vinegar.
